Sunny Heathrow, ready to take off. I have to say, I really enjoyed the flight! Before take-off, we were greeted with a bucks fizz (or something non-alcoholic), and even though they were short-handed because of the volcano disruptions, it was a great service. Would highly recommend! Of course, I wasn't paying for the flight, so maybe I wasn't feeling critical ;)

It was about a 3 hour drive to Mojave what with rush-hour traffic in LA (although as it was a Saturday, maybe it's just that LA is always busy!). This is the view from my room - can you tell it was really rather windy??

Sunday, and I decided to go for a sunny afternoon's drive. Driving round Mojave took all of 3 seconds, so I then went to have a pootle around Mojave Air & Spaceport.
